• CHANGE OF ADDRESS
  If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has not yet been processed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
  Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

• ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
  ● Returns are only available for products purchased at their original price.
  ● We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery.
  ● To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
  ● Fragrances formulated by mixing 2 or more perfumes (MYOP Fusions) are NOT eligible for return.
  ● Sale or discounted purchases are non-returnable.
• RETURN PROCESS:
