Returns & Refunds

● Returns are only available for products purchased at their original price.
● We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery.
● To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. - NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
● Fragrances formulated by mixing 2 or more perfumes (MYOP Fusions) are NOT eligible for return.
● Sale or discounted purchases are non-returnable. - RETURN PROCESS:
● Return requests can be initiated via email/phone below or in person at any MYOP store.
● Reason for return and product images must be provided.

Is Cosmopolitan available in all MYOP stores?
No, Cosmopolitan is currently available in 12 MYOP stores which are Hilite Mall Kozhikode, Gokulam Galleria Kozhikode, Lulu Trivandrum, Phoenix Marketcity Bangalore, Phoenix Mall of Asia Bangalore, Phoenix Marketcity Chennai, Inorbit Mall Hyderabad, Phoenix Marketcity Mumbai, Phoenix Mall of the Millennium Pune, Lulu Kochi, GMR Airport Hyderabad and Chennai Domestic Airport.
Is Cosmopolitan long-lasting?
Cosmopolitan is formulated with a 50% fragrance oil concentration which makes it long-lasting in the Indian weather.
What sizes are available for each perfume in the collection?
Cosmopolitan is only available in 100 ml bottles with two bottle options to choose from.
