Return and Refund Policy
At MYOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or replacement, subject to the conditions outlined below. We assess all return and replacement requests to ensure they meet our policy criteria.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
- Returns and replacements are valid only for products purchased at full price through our official store.
- Requests for return or replacement must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns or replacements are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- For any other concerns, our customer service team will review each case individually and determine the most appropriate resolution.
- To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Each return or replacement request will be evaluated by our support team to confirm eligibility.
- All approved returns or replacements are subject to inspection and verification before processing.
- Please note that replacement dispatch process will be initiated only after we receive the returned product.
NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REPLACEABLE ITEMS:
- Fragrances formulated by mixing two or more perfumes (MYOP Fusions) are not eligible for return or replacement.
- Sale or discounted purchases are not eligible for return or replacement.

- Please provide the reason for the return/replacement and product images when submitting your request.
REFUND POLICY:
- Refunds are strictly unavailable as fragrances are consumable products
