At MYOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
● Returns are only available for products purchased at their original price.
● We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery.
● To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
● Fragrances formulated by mixing 2 or more perfumes (MYOP Fusions) are NOT eligible for return.
● Sale or discounted purchases are non-returnable.

RETURN PROCESS:
● Return requests can be initiated via email to support@myop.in or contact us at +917306500657 or in person at any MYOP store.
● Reason for return and product images must be provided.

REFUND POLICY:

● Refunds are strictly unavailable as fragrances are consumable products
