If you’re looking to return or exchange your fragrance for whatever reason, we're here to help!

Our return policy

  1. Products are eligible for return and replacement within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Refunds are strictly unavailable as fragrances are consumable products.
  3. Sale or discounted purchases are non-returnable.
  4. Returns are only available for products purchased at their original price.
  5. Fragrances formulated by mixing 2 or more perfumes (MYOP Fusions) are NOT eligible for return.

Eligibility criteria for product return

  1. Customer received a defective or wrong product.
  2. Customer is unhappy with the product.
  3. Customer must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the product.
  4. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Return?

Return requests can be made via email to or in-person at any MYOP store. Reason for return and product images must be provided.

The Process of Return

A solution that meets your needs will be provided by our executive within two business days. If you wish to return the product, our executive will work with you to arrange a replacement that meets your satisfaction.
