If you’re looking to return or exchange your fragrance for whatever reason, we're here to help!
Our return policy
- Products are eligible for return and replacement within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are strictly unavailable as fragrances are consumable products.
- Sale or discounted purchases are non-returnable.
- Returns are only available for products purchased at their original price.
- Fragrances formulated by mixing 2 or more perfumes (MYOP Fusions) are NOT eligible for return.
Eligibility criteria for product return
- Customer received a defective or wrong product.
- Customer is unhappy with the product.
- Customer must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Return?
Return requests can be made via email to email@example.com or in-person at any MYOP store. Reason for return and product images must be provided.
The Process of Return
A solution that meets your needs will be provided by our executive within two business days. If you wish to return the product, our executive will work with you to arrange a replacement that meets your satisfaction.
