  We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

  Orders shipped typically arrive within 4 - 10 business days.
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  We currently do NOT offer international shipping.
• ORDER TRACKING:
  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and WhatsApp message with a tracking number.
  
• CHANGE OF ADDRESS
  If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has not yet been processed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
  Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

• ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
  ● Returns are only available for products purchased at their original price.
  ● We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery.
  ● To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
  ● Fragrances formulated by mixing 2 or more perfumes (MYOP Fusions) are NOT eligible for return.
  ● Sale or discounted purchases are non-returnable.
• RETURN PROCESS:
  ● Return requests can be initiated via email/phone below or in person at any MYOP store.
  ● Reason for return and product images must be provided.
